- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Customer service is an integral part of a business, which is a have to do not a "nice to do." Unfortunately, Pinnacle Dental receives an F in the area of customer service as well as ethical practice. Taking responsibility for actions fueled by defensive behaviors is my suggestion to Pinnacle Dental. Hanging up on customers due to incompetencies with simple transactions is sophomoric conduct. Thus, there is no need to play defense amongst paying customers when it is clear there is a management issue from top to bottom. Educate yourself beyond dental methodologies and reconsider your business strategy. Lastly, you give the impression that you have a lot to hide. Perhaps you don't want it to come out that you are trying to scam patients? Your front office is problematic, which is hurting the owners directly. Hire, train, and expect all staff members to be committed to customer service plus treatment excellence from the minute a patient walks in until they leave their appointment.
